We had a fantastic stay at this traditional Japanese hotel. The owners were cute and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the thermal Japanese baths, a wonderful way to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was conveniently situated near a bus stop, making it easy to travel into town. The hotel's proximity to the bus route made transportation easy, and we had no trouble getting around this city. the breakfast provided was delicious, offering a taste of local cuisine. The staff was great, providing helpful advice and even walking us to the bus on our last day.

the breakfast was very delicious and filling, with a lot of options to choose from. the hot springs were definitely the highlight of my stay. They were very comforting and relaxing, exactly what I needed during my Christmas vacation. the hotel was also located in a very peaceful and serene location, which was great for getting away from the noise and hustle-bustle of the city.
The location was quite inconvenient for me as it was far from the key attractions, making it difficult for me to explore the city. there were only a few restaurants in the vicinity, which was a bit of a letdown.

The personal, friendly service at this ryokan was exceptional. The hosts went out of their way to provide helpful advice and even arranged for the forwarding of our luggage. the sushi/sashimi restaurant just a short walk away was excellent.
One downside of this ryokan was its location. It was a peaceful and quiet area, but it was a 20-minute drive from the town.
